1. About Pedaldrome
Pedaldrome (the “Service”) is a free indoor-cycling website that lets you ride workouts in a 3D world with your own smart trainer and sensors. It is operated by Liftoff S.R.L., 21 de Setiembre 3038 / 802, Montevideo, Uruguay (“we”, “us”), the company that also operates Cycling Coach AI.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You sign in with a one-time code that we send to your email address, so you are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Please give us a real email address and keep your profile information accurate.
If you open Pedaldrome from your Cycling Coach AI account, we link that account to your Pedaldrome profile. The Cycling Coach AI features that you use through Pedaldrome (for example riding a workout from your plan, saving the ride, or getting AI feedback on it) are provided by Cycling Coach AI and are also governed by the Cycling Coach AI Terms of Service (https://cyclingcoachai.com/tos/) and Privacy Policy (https://cyclingcoachai.com/privacy/).
3. The Service
The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly before you can be charged. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, for example to protect its security or to keep it sustainable. We don't guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.
The Service needs a compatible browser (Google Chrome on a computer) and compatible Bluetooth equipment. Compatibility with every device cannot be guaranteed. If you use Pedaldrome inside the Cycling Coach AI mobile app, the terms of Apple or Google for that app also apply.
4. Health and safety
Exercise carries risks. Pedaldrome provides general fitness content: it does not give medical advice, it is not a medical device, and its workouts are not tailored to your health. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition.
Stop riding and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort or any other worrying symptom. Make sure your bike, your trainer and your surroundings are safe and properly set up. You use the Service at your own risk.
5. Strava and Garmin Connect
When connections with Strava or Garmin Connect are available, you may connect your account to them. By connecting, you authorise us to use that connection only for the purpose shown when you connect, for example uploading a completed ride to Strava or sending a workout to your Garmin device. You remain responsible for following the provider's own terms and settings.
You can disconnect at any time in Pedaldrome or in the provider's settings. When you disconnect, we delete the stored access tokens. Providers can change or limit access to their services, and parts of Pedaldrome may stop working as a result. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party platforms.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the workout files you upload and to your ride data. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service to you.
Only upload files that you have the right to use. Do not upload files that are unlawful, harmful or designed to damage the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not attack or overload it, try to access other people's accounts or data, bypass its limits, collect data from it by automated means, transmit malicious code, reverse engineer it except where the law allows it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the workouts in the catalog belong to Liftoff S.R.L. or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms. Some graphical assets are used under open licences (for example CC0 textures from Poly Haven and the MIT-licensed Microsoft Rocketbox avatar library).
Zwift, Strava and Garmin are trademarks of their respective owners. Pedaldrome is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. The .zwo file format is supported only so that you can import your own workouts.
9. Ending your use of the Service
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. When you do, the rides that Pedaldrome stores and the rest of your data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service, other users or our rights at risk. Ending your use does not affect rights or obligations that arose before.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about the Service (including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose), we do not guarantee specific results such as performance gains, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or injuries or damage that result from your use of the Service or your equipment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 50.
You agree to hold us harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms, your breach of the law or of a third party's rights, or the files you upload, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, nor the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. When there are material changes, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and we may also notify you by email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Uruguay, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Montevideo, Uruguay have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
This does not limit the mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the country where you live.
